CLEO started to compile, and ONN continues to hold, this directory of nonprofit or charity lawyers in Ontario who are knowledgeable about Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) to help nonprofits make the transition. While we have asked the listed lawyers and law firms to verify their information, neither CLEO nor ONN has vetted these lawyers, nor can we recommend any lawyers. We can, however, provide tips for choosing a lawyer.
