Recent changes to Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act
In June 2023, the Government of Ontario updated Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) to make board and member meetings, and record keeping easier for nonprofits. These changes take effect on October 1, 2023. The changes say a nonprofit:

can hold in-person, digital, phone, and hybrid meetings by default.
