The Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) is not expected to come into force for at least another 2 years. In the meantime, nonprofits that are incorporated or looking into incorporating under Ontario’s Corporations Act (OCA) should understand the laws that apply to them. These resources are not up to date for federal corporations.
